Credit and Exchanges (to be accompanied by a completed return form found in My Account - Invoices - Create return)
*For a full credit refund: we must receive the goods back within 28 days of the invoice date.
*Exchange: Items can be exchanged on a "like for like" basis, ex. fixture for fixture with an equal price.
All returns must be unopened, unused and in the original condition and packaging.
Any products that are received damaged must be reported within 2 working days.
